🌿 EARTH ANGEL TEMPLE
Welcome to Earth Angel Temple, a sacred creative space where art, spirituality, ritual, and intention come together.
Every creation is made with love, care, and purpose. This is a small, independently run spiritual business rooted in intentional creation, ancestral connection, ritual practice, and the natural rhythms of the world around us. Nothing is mass-produced, and each piece is given the time and attention its process requires.
Earth Angel Temple is deeply spirit-led and ancestral-inspired. Certain creations follow ritual timing, seasonal cycles, lunar phases, planetary correspondences, and other spiritual considerations. These practices are an integral part of the work, not an afterthought.
By placing an order with Earth Angel Temple, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies and terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
✦ 1. Processing Times
Standard order processing can take up to 14 business days, unless otherwise stated in the individual product description, such as for pre-orders.
Processing includes preparing, checking, bottling, labeling, packaging, and organizing your order for shipment.
Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude weekends, federal holidays, and observed holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
✦ 2. Consecration & Ritual Timing
Consecration can take approximately 30–40 days, depending on the creation and the spiritual work involved. Specific timelines may vary by product and will be provided in the relevant listing when applicable.
Consecration and ritual preparation may involve:
- Multi-day or multi-week ritual cycles
- Lunar and planetary timing
- Seasonal transitions and natural cycles
- Offerings and devotional practices
- Altar-based spiritual work and petitioning
- Botanical infusion and intentional preparation
The work follows its own rhythm. Certain processes cannot be rushed, shortened, or rearranged simply to meet an individual deadline.
Please read each product description carefully before purchasing and allow the full stated timeline for your chosen creation.
✦ 3. A Note on This Work & Expected Timelines
Everything created at Earth Angel Temple is approached with intention, love, and respect for the process behind it.
This shop is not built around mass production or conventional retail speed. The work is guided by spiritual practice, ancestral inspiration, ritual timing, and the natural cycles that influence how certain creations are prepared.
If you are working with a strict deadline or expect the speed of a mass-produced retail shop, Earth Angel Temple may not be the right fit for your needs.
Please order with the understanding that intentional work takes time. If you need an item by a particular date, I encourage you to review the full timeline before purchasing and order well in advance.
I sincerely appreciate your patience, understanding, and support for the way I choose to create.
✦ 4. Pre-Orders
Pre-orders may have separate creation, consecration, and shipping timelines. Any special timeframe will be clearly stated in the product description.
The timeline listed for a pre-order takes precedence over the standard processing window. Please review the listing carefully before completing your purchase.
✦ 5. Shipping & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided whenever available.
Delivery times vary depending on the carrier, destination, and shipping conditions. Carrier delays, customs inspections, and other transit-related issues may be outside my control.
For international orders, customers are responsible for applicable customs fees, duties, and import taxes.
If your package is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact the shipping carrier first. I will assist where reasonably possible.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs where applicable.
✦ 6. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Earth Angel Temple is a tiny spiritual business. Every creation is prepared in small batches with intention, care, and love. Because this work is handcrafted and may involve individual ritual preparation, I maintain the following policy.
Cancellations
- Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.
- After the 24-hour window, all sales are considered final, and cancellations are generally not accepted.
- Order changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing.
Returns & Exchanges
- Returns and exchanges are not accepted as a standard policy.
- Please review product descriptions, ingredients, materials, and processing timelines carefully before purchasing.
Refunds
All sales are final, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law or warranted by the circumstances of an order.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery so I can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
These policies help protect the time, materials, and intentional work invested in each creation.
✦ 7. Combining Orders
Orders are processed individually and cannot be combined once placed.
Each purchase is tracked through its own preparation, documentation, and fulfillment process. Combining orders can create unnecessary confusion, increase the risk of errors, and disrupt fulfillment.
For this reason:
- Separate orders may ship separately.
- Shipping fees are not merged or refunded simply because multiple orders were placed.
- Requests to combine existing orders cannot be accommodated.
If you would like multiple items to ship together, please place one order containing all desired items at checkout.
✦ 8. Communication & Respectful Conduct
I welcome respectful questions and communication about products, orders, and how to work with your creations.
Please allow your order to complete its stated processing and consecration timeline before requesting a shipping update. If your order has exceeded its full stated timeframe and you have not received a shipping notification, you are welcome to contact me with your full name, order number, and the items purchased.
Threatening, abusive, harassing, or persistently disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated. Depending on the circumstances, this may result in cancellation of an unfulfilled order where appropriate, refusal of future orders, or restrictions on future purchases.
Respectful communication allows me to devote my time and energy to creating, preparing, and fulfilling orders.
✦ 9. Agreement to These Terms
By placing an order with Earth Angel Temple, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these policies and terms of service.
This includes the stated processing and consecration timelines, shipping policies, cancellation window, and return and refund policies.
Please ensure that the expected timeline and policies align with your needs before purchasing. Placing an order confirms your acknowledgment of these terms, subject to any rights that cannot legally be waived.
✦ A Final Word of Gratitude
Thank you for choosing Earth Angel Temple and supporting a small business built around creativity, spirituality, intention, and ancestral inspiration.
Every purchase helps this little Temple continue to grow. Your patience allows me to honor the process behind my work, and your support means more than you know.
May the creations that find their way to you bring inspiration, beauty, and meaning to your journey.
With gratitude and love,
Earth Angel Temple 🌿
